This is a challenging problem, similar to BFS brute force search, but not quite because the condition is that all teachers must have someone.

So we use compressed DP to record the state, and each update must be sorted, starting from the state with the most teachers.

Because if we update from the smallest teacher, it is possible to update to the larger one, and after updating to the larger one, update it again.

It means that one teacher is used twice.
